A fast-growing IT and security services provider is looking for a driven and consultative sales professional to help expand our Managed IT and Managed Security solutions. This full-time 100% remote role focuses on engaging small and mid-sized businesses identifying opportunities and managing the sales process from lead generation to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Managed IT and Security solutions to prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships and identify client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Leverage marketing efforts partnerships and internal resources to drive sales.
- Maintain CRM records and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer goals.
What Were Looking For:
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in IT or technology services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships and drive sales growth.
- Problem-solving mindset with an understanding of how technology improves business operations.
- Highly motivated organized and accountable for performance.
Compensation & Perks
- Commission: Based on gross profit with accelerators post-quota; large deals can yield up to 40% commission
