A fast-growing IT and security services provider is looking for a driven and consultative sales professional to help expand our Managed IT and Managed Security solutions. This full-time 100% remote role focuses on engaging small and mid-sized businesses identifying opportunities and managing the sales process from lead generation to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and sell Managed IT and Security solutions to prospective clients.
Build strong relationships and identify client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Leverage marketing efforts partnerships and internal resources to drive sales.
Maintain CRM records and report progress to leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer goals.
What Were Looking For:
1-3 years of sales experience preferably in IT or technology services.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage relationships and drive sales growth.
Problem-solving mindset with an understanding of how technology improves business operations.
Highly motivated organized and accountable for performance.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $80K$90K
Commission: Based on gross profit with accelerators post-quota; large deals can yield up to 40% commission
Vehicle Program: Demo vehicle or stipend mileage reimbursement
