Job Summary

Principle Responsibilities:

Installation of a wide variety of machine tools and other manufacturing equipment
Diagnose plan and execute repair on machine tools in an thorough and efficient manner
Perform preventive maintenance on machine tools and other manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to diagnose and perform repairs
Strong understanding of machine tool programming languages and PLC
Conform to all requirements of Company Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS-9100 for example).
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and organization(6s)
Work well within a team to achieve minimal downtime of manufacturing equipment

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED

Training Skills Knowledge and/or Experience:

Mechanical maintenance and repair
Knowledge of CNC machining equipment
Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Consistent and dependable attendance
