Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCIclearedSystems Administrator - SMEtosupport this missionatPope Army Airfield North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As aSystems Administrator - SMEyouwill provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Provides technical and management leadership for all systems administration functions within integration facility support across theTask Orderestablishingoverarching goals and strategic plans for optimizing complex laboratory environments for mission-critical C2ISR hardware and software integration.
- Directs and controls the strategic design development and implementation ofcutting-edgesystem architectures thatfacilitatesystem/subsystem design development integration and evaluation across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
- Possesses expert domain and technical knowledge in systems administration C2ISR systems integration and laboratory infrastructure applying this to define and drive the technical roadmap for continuous technological validation and mission readiness within the lab.
- Has overall responsibility forestablishingand implementing innovative approaches for optimizing laboratory technological infrastructure including advanced virtualization containerization and network solutions to support diverse C2ISR components.
- Engages in high-level client negotiations and interfaces with senior managementregardingthe strategic vision capabilities and resource allocation for advanced systems administration support within integration facilities.
- Utilizes expert domain knowledge and decision-making that has a critical impact on the overall project implementation ensuring the lab environment maximizes multi-tenancy containerization and virtualization for Tactical Data Center architectures.
- Directs and controls the methods and staffing for systems administration teams ensuring delivery of high-impact scalable and resilient laboratory support services.
- Providesauthoritative guidance on all aspects of operational documentation and interface design recommendations tooptimizelaboratory technological infrastructure.
- Establishes and governs the architectural principles tools and platforms for all systems administration efforts within integration facility support criticallyimpactingthe efficiency security and effectiveness of C2ISR hardware and software integration.
- Shapes the future direction of C2ISR integration facilities for theTask Orderby pioneering new system technologies research and advanced operational models directlyimpactingmission success.
- Utilize the followingTO Management & Financial Tracking Tools:Task Orderportal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories;eMass Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
- Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools: Microsoft Word; Excel; SharePoint; Confluence; ServiceNow; Jira; endpoint management tools; basic monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previousexperience asaSystems Administratoror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel;
- Minimum of12yearsexperiencewith a BS/BA or10years experience with a MS/MA or 8years experience witha PhD. or 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA degree
- A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is
- DoD 8140 role for WRC: 451; Element: IT; Work Role: System Administrator; Proficiency Level: Advanced / ability to obtain
DesiredQualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- Location:Pope Army Airfield NC
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
