Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) MultipleNew HampshireLocations
This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs).

Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments acrossNew Hampshire. These are full-time direct-hire permanent placement positions (not travel not contract not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) retirement communities hospitals outpatient clinics pediatric settings and home health depending on the specific location.

Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
Promote patient independence with ADLs functional tasks mobility and safety
Document patient care using EMR systems per state federal and facility standards
Collaborate with COTAs rehab staff nursing teams and interdisciplinary care providers
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
ActiveNew HampshireOT license or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listedNew Hampshiremarkets
Authorized to work in the United States
