Commercial Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Management team. This position located in Maroochydore will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants.
• Work up to and maintain a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants.
• Directly manage assets for key clients maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations providing clients with important information they require to make ownership decisions.
• Follow the operating procedures of the Organisation.
• Maintain an understanding of all relevant laws regulations and best practices effecting the management of commercial and retail assets.
• Maintain an understanding and competence of all software and tools utilised by the organisation and assist other team members in developing their understanding.

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• Experience in the management of commercial assets
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Current Real Estate License
