Business Analyst

The important parts:

• Pay:$61$67 per hour Super Duration:12-month contract (potential for extension)
• Hours:MondayFriday rotating roster between 8:00am6:00pm 40 hrs per week

What you will be required to do:

Youll play a key role in delivering ICT projects across a government environment working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into practical scalable solutions. This role focuses on analysis documentation and driving outcomes across complex digital initiatives including emerging technologies and AI.

• Analyse and model business processes and information flows
• Gather and document requirements (BRDs user stories process maps)
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Support Agile delivery across complex ICT and digital projects

To be successful in the role you will:

• Experience facilitating workshops and developing process artefacts
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proven background in Agile delivery for complex IT projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to analyse business needs and translate into solutions
