Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Oxford. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Part II Architectural Assistant to support a growing and diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:
Support the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
Assist in the preparation of planning application submissions and supporting documentation
Produce high-quality drawings layouts and visual material to clearly communicate design intent
Collaborate with architects technicians and external consultants to support project delivery
Contribute to design development detailing and technical coordination
Work closely with senior team members to ensure design quality and compliance standards are maintained
Key Requirements for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:
Proficiency in Revit essential
Experience across Commercial Education and Healthcare sectors desired
Strong understanding of design development construction principles and UK Building Regulations
Experience supporting planning applications and technical drawing packages
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving approach
