Reportingto theSenior Manager ofFinancial Planning and Analysis(FP&A) theSenior Finance Analystisthekey finance business partner supporting all reportinganalysisand financial project work for the Circle K Ireland corporate business.

This is afull-timepermanent role basedfive days on sitein Circle K Support Office Dublin 4.

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for alllocalreporting toCircle K parent company Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT).

Business partner withbudget ownersandsenior stakeholders in relation toOPEX and Overheads.

Coordinate delivery of local management reporting andACTreporting packs.

Coordinate forecast and budget planning process andconsolidation of the total business plan.

Presentannual budgetsign-off meetingstothe leadership team.

Analyse and drivecost savingsacross allareas of the business.

Champion of new systemsimpactingthereporting of financialperformance.

Project work as and when.

Experience:

Professional accountingqualification such asACAACCAorCIMA.

3 yearsPQEexperience inasimilar financialplanningand analysisrole.

Experiencewithbusiness partnering and engaging with diverse stakeholders at alllevels is essential.

Experience inRetail ServiceIndustryorsimilar fast paced environmentisadvantageous.

Strong IT skills with advanced Excel.

Experience building reports in Power BI is apreference.

Team orientated with the ability to work on your own initiative.

Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.

Good timemanagement with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliveronagreed deadlines.

Strong commercial business acumen.
