We are looking for a business leader who acts as a trusted advisor to senior level clients drives client success through integrated brandled solutions and shapes the future direction of the clients businesses with a deep understanding and curiosity of their business.
What youll be doing
Client & Business Leadership
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients serving as the primary point of contact
- Leading client by taking a consultative approach delivering strategic insight and strong business thinking
- Leading annual planning scope definition and 1 - 3 year growth strategies
- Overseeing delivery of promotional sales windows brand campaigns and organic social ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
- Staying current on industry trends to inform innovative client solutions
Cross Functional Leadership
- Collaborating closely with internal teams including creative strategy and production
- Acting as IAT lead driving collaboration and setting the direction
- Accountable for revenue performance and forecasting accuracy
- Overseeing scopes of work staffing models and BCR governance
- Identifying and unlocking organic growth opportunities
What you bring:
- 10 years of account management experience within an agency environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills particularly with senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
- A deep understanding of brand digital and social ecosystems
- QSR category knowledge or expertise
- Strong financial acumen (forecasting scopes staffing models)
- Collaborative crossfunctional mindset
- Resultsdriven with strong attention to detail
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations we believe the target compensation for this role is $150000-$175000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set qualifications job performance level of experience location and business needs.
