• Install carpet using stretch-in and glue-down methods including broadloom and carpet tile.
• Perform proper prep including tack strip cushion seam sealing and subfloor readiness.
• Execute seaming trimming and finishing work with high attention to detail.
• Handle demo and removal of existing flooring as needed
• Daily and final cleanup of the job site to company standards.
• Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure safe organized and efficient work practices at all times.
• Ensure high quality company standards are met every time.
• Job requires travel throughout the week.

• You must review and understand the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project file
• Have knowledge of units of measurement and able to complete needed math calculations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner. Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job.
• Prefer experience with residential and commercial projects.

• 5 years in professional flooring installation.
• Valid drivers license and clean reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• The position requires repetitive crouching squatting standing walking and lifting.
• Own all the necessary trade tools and equipment for flooring installation.
• Must have own insurance (general liability workers comp and auto) for all jobs.
