Responsibilities:
Diagnose troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems
Service water heaters boilers fixtures piping systems and drains
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of commercial service plumbing experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license with a good driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review
Background check
Drug screening
