What Youll Do (Lead Teacher)

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Build strong routines and positive guidance
• Actively supervise and maintain a safe engaging classroom
• Communicate professionally with families
• Lead and coordinate with your co-teacher/assistant
• Maintain licensing/center standards for safety cleanliness and documentation

• Lead Preschool Teacher (ages 34): play-based learning routines social-emotional development
• Lead Pre-K Teacher (ages 45): kindergarten readiness small groups early literacy/math foundations

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience as a Preschool Teacher Pre-K Teacher Lead Teacher or childcare teacher in a licensed setting
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong classroom leadership and communication
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements

Preferred:

• CDA ECE coursework or Early Childhood Education degree
• Lead teacher experience
