POSITION SUMMARY:
The TerritoryAccount Specialist (TAS)- (Dedicated Customer)manages Diverseys businesses within their assigned territoryfor a specific customer. The TAS will survey installmaintainand/or repair chemical dispensing platforms at customer sites. This individual willbe responsible fordelivering the value proposition and meeting contracted service level agreements for primarilyRetail kitchen and housekeeping applications. The TAS must build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers. This position uses emerging electronic technology for communication reporting and auditing. This is a remoteposition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customers havean outstandingexperience with the Diversey cleaning and sanitation program.
Establish excellent relationships at all customer organization levels (end users/supervisors/managers).
Ensure an environment of total security by full adherence to policies procedures and better working practices raised by the EHS department.
Install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures.
Conduct routine visits. Diagnose and resolve technical problems and/or conditions.
Train customers on safe equipment use Safety Data Sheets cleaning procedures and product information.
Check inventory to ensure customers have the minimumamountof supplies needed on-sitepurchasingorders and program compliance.
Serve as the voice of the customer recap areas of focus follow upregardingissues and capture customer satisfaction.
Manage adequate inventory levels in company vehicle and storage units.
Execute administrative Duties complete timesheet daily follow up on equipment/partspurchasingorders document consumption of equipment/parts at customer sites for cost allocation purposes and review the weekly customer visit plan with your manager.
Complete paid annual training program and mandatory safety training.
Attend all Customer Food Safety Trainings.
Complete all Service Level Agreements for Food Safety Audits.
Attend all in person and on-linetrainings meetings etc.
Train customersonFood Safety and Sanitation standards.
Be able to Manage Route efficiently and effectively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 years of Food Safety Knowledge and Procedures
PossessaSERV SafeCertification andhave the ability toobtain your Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS)in1 year or less.
1 years of field service experience (maintainingindustrial equipment / mechanical problem solving) or selling cleaning solutions/equipment to Hospitality/Food Service businesses.
Availability to support business needs .

Possess a valid US Drivers License witha good drivingrecord and the ability to drive for extended periods.
Physical Requirements: moving objects up to 40lbsand executing precise work in limited spaces.
Effective use of power tools in limited spaces.
Plumbing skills.
Must have a professional attitude and be self-motivated/directed.
Must have high attention to detail time management communication decision-making interpersonal relationships and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals.

Experience with Salesforce (FSL)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $58030.00 and $85107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
