Schedule: 12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotation
This position follows a 12-hour schedule:
6:00 AM 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
6:00 PM 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Youll work 2 days on 2 days off then 3 days on giving you built-in long weekends every other week!
What Youll Do:
Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment
Complete quality checks and sanitation tasks
Follow safety and food safety guidelines (USDA FDA HACCP)
Keep work areas clean and safe
Work independently and with your team to meet daily goals
Help onboard and support new team members
What Were Looking For:
6 months experience in food manufacturing or similar environment
Attention to safety quality and detail
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in hot cold or loud settings
Willingness to learn train and grow with us
