About the Job

Were hiring a Parking Lot Line Painter / Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing EverLine team. This is an entry-level full-time seasonal position with strong performers having the opportunity for long-term employment year after year.

This is hands-on outdoor work where youll help paint parking lot lines repair asphalt and keep properties looking sharp. If you like working with your hands being part of a team and seeing the results of your work at the end of the daythis job is for you.

This is a chance to get in early and help build a growing EverLine franchise from the ground up.

What Youll Do

Paint parking lot lines using striping machines
Fill cracks and seal asphalt
Power wash and sweep parking lots
Use basic tools and small equipment
Work outside on different job sites around the city
Follow safety rules and keep the job site clean
Check in daily with your Crew Lead and Operations Manager

(We plan our jobs run clean sites and take safety seriously. We also train youno one is expected to know everything on day one.)

What Were Looking For

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Able to show up on time and ready to work
Comfortable working outside in a physical job
Able to lift up to 75 lbs bend walk and stand for long periods
Able to work independently when needed
Takes pride in doing quality work

Nice to have (but not required):

Experience with paint sprayers or small engines
Construction landscaping or maintenance experience

(If you dont have these dont worrywell train the right person.)

You work well with your crew
