Job Summary

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Prepare planning analyses and reports including those associated with environmental review (e.g. NEPA CEQA) Community Impact Assessments/Land Use Assessments Equity Analysis and Section 4(f) Analysis.

• Collect and organize raw data which may include research interviews with government agencies map reviews field investigations

• Prepare Regulatory Permit Applications (CDFW USACE RWQCB)

• Support natural resources field work and assessment

• Support public involvement activities

Qualifications

• Masters degree in environmental planning or related field preferred

• 510 years of experience in environmental planning or related field required

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Knowledge of Federal and California environmental policy including environmental review climate action and Environmental Justice

• Technical proficiency: MS Office Word Teams Excel. ArcGIS and AutoCAD is a plus.
