Project Manger Drwyall

About the Role:

As a Project Manager / Estimator youll play a key role in managing multiple commercial drywall and framing projects from concept through completion. Youll oversee budgets schedules and coordination efforts while ensuring every project meets the companys high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

This position blends project management and estimating giving you the chance to work hands-on with both operations and preconstruction teamsideal for professionals who enjoy seeing the full project lifecycle.

What Youll Do:

• Lead all phases of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projectsfrom planning and estimating to execution and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules budgets and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients architects and contractors to ensure clear communication and seamless project delivery.
• Perform material takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software.
• Track project performance control costs and proactively manage change orders.
• Contribute to estimating and bidding strategies to help win new business and strengthen the companys market presence.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in project management within commercial drywall and/or steel stud framing.
• Familiarity with estimating processes and software especially On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• A degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus but not required.
