• Manage and oversee daily operations of the residential HVAC service department
• Supervise coach and support HVAC service technicians and dispatch staff
• Schedule and coordinate service calls to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor technician performance productivity and quality of work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and local codes
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Review and approve service estimates invoices and warranties
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue margins and call completion rates
• Maintain inventory control and oversee parts ordering
• Recruit hire and train new service team members
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless operations
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

• 5 years of residential HVAC experience (service and troubleshooting)
• 2 years in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Strong knowledge of Service Titan software
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems diagnostics and repair
• EPA Certification required (NATE certification a plus)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with service management software and dispatch systems
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
