General Surgery Physician – St. Cloud, MN

Well-established practice consisting of both Elective Surgery and Acute Care Services

Summary

Join an established General Surgery practice with 15 surgeons and 12 advanced practice providers in a highly collaborative mentorship-driven environment. The department supports professional growth and offers flexibility to tailor your practice whether building a high-volume elective practice or focusing on Acute Care Surgery. Additional opportunities are available to develop expertise in advanced laparoscopic robotic oncology and trauma surgery.

Schedule

• Full-time FTE

• Call schedule - 1:13Night. 1:4 Weekend

• Outreach travel: approximately 2 days per week allowing you to make a meaningful impact in various communities

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$500000 - $660000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in General Surgery

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
