Hiring Manager: Devan Accardo

The Post-Production Supervisor oversees all phases of post-production for a variety of internal and external media projects. This role requires both creative and technical expertise balancing hands-on editing with leadership and training responsibilities. The supervisor will assign additional workflows guide trainees through the post-production process lead workshops to build team proficiency and ensure that all deliverables meet the visual narrative and technical standards set by the client and creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee every stage of post-production for video projects from beginning to final delivery.
  • Edit internal and external productions to maintain a consistent quality.
  • Assign editing tasks and provide clear feedback to other post-production staff and trainees.
  • Develop and lead workshops.
  • Collaborate with creative leads producers and other departments to ensure all deliverables align with project goals.
  • Attend weekly Pro Unit meetings to stay informed about upcoming projects and discuss editing assignments.
