• Build relationships with property managers facility managers and industrial customers
• Seek new business through cold calling and networking
• Maintain existing accounts and relationships
• Participate in industry events and tradeshows
• Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals
• Collaborate with the Marketing Associate Production Associate and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met
• Meet with customers and perform estimates with the Commercial Estimator
• Win sales commitments in a competitive market
• Prepare weekly analysis of results
  
  
  

• 2-year degree in a related field required
• B2B commercial sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record as a top performer preferred
• Working knowledge of paints coatings carpentry drywall EIFS DRYVIT and construction preferred
• 100% Bilingual Spanish - English is a must have
