Responsibilities:
Lead train and develop field service technicians across a national network
Design and deliver technical training programs including hands-on sessions
Provide real-time troubleshooting support and guidance to technicians
Partner with internal teams to support product knowledge quality and field performance
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in field service or customer-facing technical roles
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
Experience training coaching and developing technicians
Leadership presence with strong communication and ability to present to teams
