Field Service Manager
Looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can develop technicians lead training initiatives and make a national impact trak group is seeking a Field Service Manager to support and grow a network of field technicians while driving technical excellence across mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead train and develop field service technicians across a national network
- Design and deliver technical training programs including hands-on sessions
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support and guidance to technicians
- Partner with internal teams to support product knowledge quality and field performance
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in field service or customer-facing technical roles
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience training coaching and developing technicians
- Leadership presence with strong communication and ability to present to teams
