About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our center. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and feedback promptly
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience at all touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain front desk operations and visitor records
- Manage calls emails and walk-in queries efficiently
- Support events and activities hosted at the center
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in customer service hospitality or guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Presentable confident and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality retail or co-working spaces
- Multilingual abilities (English & Hindi preferred)
- Prior front office or guest handling experience
