Elite Talent Hub LTD is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients globally.
Our client a leading supplier of hardware steel and plumbing materials seeks a Plumbing Sales Administrator to join their Cork team. With over a century of experience the company is known for quality service and a committed team delivering excellent customer care.
The role focuses on building strong customer relationships assisting at the trade counter and processing orders via email and phone. This hands-on position requires exceptional service skills attention to detail and effective teamwork.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5
Contract: Fulltime Permanent
Rate of Pay: up to 40000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience and high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers at the trade counter and collection areas.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on products and services offering expert guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately process sales and returns using the companys computer systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in trade counter and front of house areas.
- Stay informed about new product lines and updates.
- Comply with all health safety and environmental regulations.
- Undertake additional tasks as required by management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of plumbing products is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the companys product range and services.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- IT literacy.
- Fluency in English.
