Content Marketing Manager Content Creator

Were looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager / Content Creator to join our team in Hamburg this role youll be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that drive engagement build brand awareness and support our marketing objectives. Youll work collaboratively across departments to create compelling multi-channel content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with organizational marketing goals and audience needs
• Create engaging original content across multiple formats and channels including blog posts social media email campaigns and digital assets
• Conduct audience research and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement
• Manage content calendars and coordinate the production timeline to ensure consistent timely content delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design sales and product to align messaging and maximize content impact
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure all materials meet brand voice and quality standards
• Monitor industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
• Customize content for different platforms and audience segments to maximize engagement and conversion

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in content creation copywriting or content marketing (3 years preferred)

• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and search engine optimization techniques
• Experience with social media marketing and multi-channel content distribution

• Proficiency in content calendar management and editorial planning tools
