Our lead caregiver supports the Director of Care Services and is an important part of our growth and development.
Benefits:
- Competitive Pay starting at $24.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time 40 hours a week guaranteed
- Weekly pay (paid every Friday)
- Paid Sick and PTO

- Client Introduction and training (on your 1st shift)
- All clients homes are inspected for safety

Job Responsibilities:
- Completes a start of care shift for our new clients and create a Care Plan
- Training and supporting our caregivers on their first shift
- Cover fill-in shifts
- Available Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (flexible)
- Must be willing to work 1 weekend a month (2 days off during the week- you choose days)
- Able to travel- Pierce and Thurston County
Requirements:
- Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington
- Must be able to provide proof of valid Drivers license and Insurance
- Empathy and the ability to care for the clients social emotional physical and mental health
- Open to help with personal care
- Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning
- Trained in specialized areas of care for example geriatrics dementia or Alzheimers disease
- Open to working around pets and smoking
- Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area - Tacoma Lakewood Gig Harbor Dupont Puyallup Lacey and Olympia.
