Christian Brothers Automotive is relationship-driven automotive care facility committed to exceptional customer service excellence and unwavering integrity.  Were looking for a friendly organized and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop.

What Youll Do:

• Greet customers and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Provide shuttle service for guests (company vehicle)
• Assist with parts errands and light administrative tasks
• Help keep the office clean organized and welcoming
• Support the team wherever needed

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Strong people and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Coachable and reliable
• Automotive experience is a plus not required

Physical Requirements:

Dependable and reliable for a position scheduled Monday Friday 7am 6pm
On your feet for much of the day (standing walking assisting customers etc.)
Occasionally lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
