The Role
TheRecruiting Leadwill be a key member of OliverWymansExperienced Hire Recruiting team partnering closely withPartnersPractice LeadersHuman CapitalandAmericasleadershipto attract and hire top-tier lateralPartnertalent across the role is ideal for an experiencedrecruiterwho thrives in afast-paced highly collaborative and intellectually demandingenvironmentand who enjoysbalancingstrategicthinkingwithhands-on role reports directly to the Americas Head of Experienced Hire Recruitment. As a Recruiting Lead youwill:
Ownfull-cycle recruitmentforPartnerroles across multiple practices(e.g.Banking &Financial Services Health & Life SciencesCustomer Innovation & GrowthMergers & Acquisitions).
Serve as atrusted advisorto senior stakeholdersprovidingmarket insights strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations on talent.
Ensure anexceptional candidate experienceand uphold Oliver Wymansemployer brandin the market.
Becomeembedded in the growth agendaof the firm influencing who joins and shapes Oliver Wymans future.
Collaborate withsmart motivated colleaguesin a culture that valuesimpact collaboration and inclusion; including coaching and mentoring opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Practice Leaders Partners and Human Capital leaders to develop and refinePartner focusedrecruiting strategiesand rolesthat align with business and growthobjectives.
Conduct regular market analyses on competitor hiring trends compensation and talent movements; provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Contribute to strengthening Oliver Wymans brand through high-quality candidate interactions consistent messagingin the candidates receive seamless transparent and high-touch experience throughout the hiring process acting as a credible ambassador for Oliver Wyman.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced and senior-level rolesas needed in addition to Partner roles. This includessourcing screening interviewing debriefsofferdevelopment and negotiation and pre-onboarding engagement.
Build andmaintainhigh-caliber pipelines byleveragingmultiple channels includingdirect sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn market mapping networking) referrals andselectuse ofsearch firms.
Manage structured consistent and high-quality recruitment processes across multiple practices ensuringtimelyprogress alignment with hiring needs and adherence to internal policies and risk guidelines.
Develop competitive offers aligned with internal frameworks and candidate expectations; leadoffernegotiations and closing strategies to secure top talent.
Collaborate with Human Capital colleagues to support smooth onboarding and effective integration of new hires into the firms practicesand culture.
Lead or support strategic recruiting projects such as new sourcingtoolsnew-practicebuilds or technology implementations that improve the efficiency and impact of the Experienced Hire Recruiting team.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors Degreeor equivalent
Atleast10years of recruiting experience with at least 2 yearsfocusedonPartner/executive-level hiring in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organizationwith multiple stakeholdersand competing priorities.
Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn market research networking referrals and other creative channels
Preferred
ExperienceRecruitingwithinmanagement consultinglegalorfinancial services
Prior experience in executive search or leading recruitment for senior-level roles (e.g. Principal/Partner-levelor equivalent).
Experience coachingand mentoringrecruiting team members.
Ability to advise influence and build credibility with seniorleadership.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize plan and manage multiple searches and projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint; experienceleveragingAI tools and digital solutions to enhance recruiting working with data using metrics to evaluate process efficiencycandidateconversionand candidate success rates; experience with ATS platforms and HR/recruiting tools including Workdayand LinkedIn Recruiter.
This is a hybrid role that requiresa presence in the office 3 days per week. There is nooptionto be fully remote.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $126000 to $168000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
