Office Manager SERVPRO of San Diego East & Mid-City (Full-Time In-Person)

Were hiring an experienced Office Manager to lead daily office operations drive accountability and elevate customer experience in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage office staff (dispatch job file coordination accounting/HR support)
Oversee scheduling communication documentation and customer experience
Manage AR/AP reporting and key performance metrics
Maintain compliance systems and operational workflows
Support leadership with planning reporting and execution

Requirements

5 years office management or operations leadership experience
Strong financial organizational and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator who holds standards and drives results
Comfortable in a fast-paced team-focused environment
