DUTIES

Nanobiosym is seeking strong candidates to work in a dynamic team environment of physicists engineers and other multidisciplinary scientists. The job responsibility will primarily include developing designing troubleshooting manufacturing SOPs and microfluidics-based systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Position requirements and skills:

• Must have BSME MSME preferred. Plastics engineering degree considered.
• Plastics knowledge with engineering grade resins a must.
• More than 10 years experience.
• Must have medical device experience disposables preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding ultrasonic welding etc.
• Familiar with ISO13485 and 14971.
• Must have experience with process capability and SPC.
• Must be willing to be hands on and wear multiple hats.
• Be ready to participate in quality systems engineering manufacturing regulatory activities etc.
• Individual would be a motivated self-starter who handles multiple projects at the same time.
• Willing to work and thrive in a security conscious environment.
• Must self-manage projects and documentation.

In addition to technical skills successful candidates possess strong organizational communication and team skills and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Proficiency in injection molding techniques and associated maintenance of molds and machinery
• Proficiency in use of CAD software SolidWorks and other design and simulation software.
• Experience in troubleshooting and programming systems data collection and SOPs.
