Job Summary

A growing company is seeking a Tech Lead / Project Manager to support development efforts and act as a bridge between leadership and the development team.

Responsibilities Include:

Support and guide development using Laravel PHP
Act as liaison between ownership and developers
Oversee development tasks and project progress
Ensure clear communication and execution across teams
Help maintain and improve internal systems

Ideal Qualifications:

Experience with Laravel PHP development
12 years of coding experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage both technical and project responsibilities
Organized and proactive approach
