Technical Development Representative Animal Biosecurity

As a Technical Development Representative within Professional Hygiene you will play a key role in supporting Arxadas growing presence in the poultry biosecurity segment. You will bring handson technical expertise directly to customers in the field helping them adopt our innovations and strengthen their biosecurity practices.

You will be a vital part of our mission to support integrators applicators and distributors with practical guidance reliable insights and strong customer partnership ultimately enhancing the impact of Arxadas solutions across the poultry value chain.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and execute field-level strategies to grow Arxadas poultry segment and expand market share.

• Support the positioning and adoption of new biosecurity innovations in the field.

• Lead field trials including trial design setup implementation and conversion into commercial business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators applicators and distributors.

• Provide timely handson technical support to customers and integrators.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing TS&D R&D Product Management Supply Chain and Customer Service.

• Travel approximately 60% with seasonal peaks requiring increased presence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Animal Science Poultry Science or related field.

• 35 years of handson experience in poultry production.

• 15 years of sales experience in the animal health industry.

• Experience working with poultry growers commercial applicators and integrators.

• Strong communication relationshipbuilding and organizational skills.

• Selfmotivated resilient and comfortable working independently to drive impact.

The expected salary range for this role is $90000 - $110000 but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other job-related non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to earn a shortterm incentive bonus and is offered with benefits including a 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
