Job Summary
Position Title: Greenskeeper 2
Job Summary: As a greenskeeper 2 you will help in the daily preparation of the golf course and maintain the high standards of Tahoe Mountain Clubs property.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Walk mowing tees and greens
- Bunker maintenance
- Rake pine needles and leaves
- Clean up Detail
- Sod work
- Weedeat and trim
- Blow off greens
- Aerification
- Cart path maintenance
- Fill Divots
- Hand Topdress
- Shovel and dig
- Push mowing
- Triplex mowing
- Rough mowing
- Tractor operation
Because of the fluctuating demands of the Clubs operation it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore as an essential part of your job you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly you may be expected to perform other tasks not specifically addressed above.
Reports to: Assistant Superintendent
Supervises: No supervisory duties are required of this position.

Qualifications
Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses: Must have minimum two seasons of experience on a golf course maintenance crew.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and speak English or Spanish for instruction and understanding of safety procedures is required. Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication with managers and fellow coworkers. Must display professional demeanor and communicate in professional language at all times.
Certificates/Licenses: Non-Supervisory Harassment Prevention Training Workplace Viloence Preventions Heat Illness Prevention and all other required onboarding checklists orientations and policy acknoweldgements must be completed within in first 30 days of -Supervisory Harassment Prevention Training required within in first 30 days of hire.
Safety Training: Lock down tagout Fire extinguisher Slips trips & falls prevention Pesticide worker safety training Heat Illness Prevention Program Proper PPE
