Electrical Project Manager Mixed Development

• Manage all electrical engineering scope for urban development projects including:
  • MV/LV power distribution
  • Lighting systems
  • ELV systems (fire alarm CCTV access control structured cabling BMS)
• Review and manage electrical designs for compliance with:
  • Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
  • Cebu City LGU requirements
  • Local utility provider standards
• Coordinate with the client architects MEP consultants contractors and vendors
• Monitor construction works to ensure quality safety schedule and cost compliance
• Review shop drawings material submittals method statements and commissioning plans
• Conduct site inspections technical audits and progress evaluations
• Manage electrical-related risks technical issues and value engineering initiatives
• Support testing commissioning and project handover
• Prepare progress reports and present updates 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 812 years of electrical project experience in urban development high-rise buildings mixed-use projects or infrastructure
• Able to communicate fluently in English and local language
