• Aufbau und Umsetzung von Growth-Experimenten in der Frühphase (Paid Organic Outbound)
• Unterstützung im Performance Marketing (LinkedIn Meta Google)
• Erstellung von Präsentationen Reports und datenbasierten Entscheidungsgrundlagen
• Durchführung von Markt- Wettbewerbs- und Nutzeranalysen
• Mithilfe beim Aufbau von Reporting-Strukturen Dashboards und internen Updates
• Mitarbeit an Social-Media- und Short-Form-Video-Content (Meta TikTok)
• Unterstützung bei Outbound- und Demand-Generation-Initiativen

Qualifications :

• Eingeschrieben an einer Top-Universität (BWL VWL Marketing oder vergleichbar)
• Starkes Interesse an (oder erste Erfahrung mit) Startups SaaS und Growth
• Analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Daten- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit eigenständig strukturiert zu arbeiten und schnell umzusetzen
• Sicher im Erstellen von Präsentationen in Recherche und strukturierter Kommunikation
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung in leistungsorientierten Umfeldern (Startup SaaS Beratung)
