Job Summary
Reporting to the AR Invoicing Supervisor you will play a key role within AIMs Finance Shared Services by supporting invoicing activities and customer account management. You will ensure accurate and timely billing while handling high-volume transactions and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
What youre responsible for:
- Process customer billing in D365 and Recy with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure data integrity across systems and resolve billing discrepancies
- Handle high-volume transactions while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with operations commercial and finance teams to support billing activities
Qualifications :
To join our team :
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
- Experience with invoicing billing and customer account management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Experience with D365 and Recy or similar ERP systems is an asset
