Job Summary
- Supervising the daily workflow of the store; opening closure daily sales targets arrivals and returns etc.
- Managing and motivating employees to work based on the companys customer service standards
- Monitoring stores performance along with the Area Manager; Being responsible for meeting agreed KPIs
- Training new staff members and being responsible for the overall success of the team
- Addressing customers requests comments and complaints ensuring high level customers satisfaction
- Working closely with a number of departments such as Supply Management IT Accounting Marketing HR order to perform several operational tasks
- Implementing policies and procedures based on company standards
- Performing other related tasks as necessary
Qualifications :
- Working experience of at least three years as a retail store supervisor
- Experience in the apparel fashion industry will be considered an advancement
- University Degree in any discipline will be consider a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office. Knowledge of ERP system will be highly appreciated
- Goal oriented and passionate with sales; Customer centric approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory skills: approachability energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
- Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
