The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience. While dealership experience is strongly preferred it is not required. Additionally prior experience with Hyundai or Kia vehicles is a plus though not mandatory.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools and repair software
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in electrical systems
- Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g. CDK Reynolds and Reynolds)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to managing comeback rate of 5% or less.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Experience working in a dealership or high-volume service center
- Eager to embrace and master emerging automotive technologies
- Dedicated to continuously expanding technical skills and knowledge
- ASE Certification(s) or equivalent automotive training
- Familiarity with Hyundai and Kia vehicle systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced evolving work environment
