Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Mens Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Therapist at our Orem Utah clinic earning $28.50$44.03/hour. In this onsite role youll work directly with male individuals navigating substance use challenges in a supportive client-centered environment. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
Compensation: $28.50$44.03 DOE and licensure

What Youll Do as a Therapist
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices for substance use treatment
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document services and client progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings case consultations and continuous quality improvement
- Maintain professional ethical and safety standards in all clinical work
Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Experience working with substance use disorders preferred.
- Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a stipend.
