Job Summary
The OpportunityFull Time M-F This position will serve on our Digital Patient Experience team and will be a key member of our CRM Platform Management team focused on Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
The Software Engineer is vital to the team and will implement maintain and support technical platforms comprising software networks hardware and databases. Responsible for the implementation and support of technical solutions including platform systems that require critical aspects of infrastructure network application database and security frameworks.
-Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise platforms including applications servers storage and networked services.
-Monitor and optimize platform performance availability and capacity.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues across multiple environments.
-Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
-Contribute to the design and implementation of new platforms and services.
-Participate in platform upgrades migrations and patch management.
-Support security hardening and vulnerability remediation efforts.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Computer Science required
- Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required
- MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree for this role
- Experience as a systems engineer or related position 3-5 years required
Skills for Success
- Proficient in administering enterprise systems and platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts firewalls and load balancers.
- Strong understanding of data structure and database systems.
- Intermediate scripting and automation skills to streamline operational tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system and application issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and interpreting performance data.
- Understanding of system security concepts and the implementation of security-leading practices.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications Preferred: Platform Developer 1 Platform Developer 2 Javascript Certified Developer
- Salesforce Administrator Certifications Preferred: Administrator 201 Administrator 301 preferred.
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages: Java experience required
- Experience Core C# React MVC HTML/JavaScript/Ajax and XML preferred.
- Experience with the Lightning Framework and the creation of Lightning Web Components
- Experience with responsive UI design utilizing frameworks like Bootstrap preferred.
- Experience with Relational Database design and development using MS SQL Server.
- Experience developing Integration Web Services with RESTful and SOAP protocols.
- Experience with APIs Integration principles (ideally including Epic).
- Proficiency with developing reports is desired.
- Experience with Visual Studio Visual Studio Code Team Foundation Server Azure Dev Ops and SharePoint is desired.
- Experience with Agile Scrum or CMMI software development methodologies is desired.
