Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and meal preparation
- Observe and report any changes in clients health or behavior to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Drive clients to appointments or activities as needed ensuring their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform independently from day one with at least 1 year hands on caregiving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have an active drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients
