Walters Wedding Estates a Walters Hospitality brand is actively seeking professional self-motivated skilled cake decorators to create dream wedding cakes for our Brides in a fun working environment. This person can adapt and learn quickly. This position will be hourly working between 3-5 days a week depending on wedding season busyness.
Job Overview and Requirements:
Location: Lago Vista TX
Job Hours: Part-Time Hourly with the opportunity for advancement
Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent culinary degree preferred
Required Experience: Minimum 1 years of cake decorating experience
Certifications: ServSafe Food Handlers or equivalent
Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
Other:
Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
Submit/complete background check; have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

DUTIES:
Responsible for baking cakes desserts and cake decorating.
Must be familiar with basic textures such as stone horizontal stucco wedding dots and palette.
Must have a working knowledge of food coloring fondant edible images and cake design.
