• Oversee multiple restoration contents projects from initiation through completion
• Act as the main point of contact for customers insurance adjusters and internal teams
• Build and manage job schedules resources and project expectations
• Coordinate field crews warehouse operations and subcontracted services
• Ensure all work meets company standards safety requirements and industry best practices
• Provide consistent job updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Maintain organized documentation job files and billing records
• Create estimates and manage project documentation using Xactimate

• 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry
• Strong leadership time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Experience in contents restoration packouts or insurance-related projects
• Familiarity with working directly with adjusters and restoration networks
• IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
