On-Time Shipping Clerk

• Communicate daily production targets and serve as the primary liaison between production and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution.
• Oversee coordinate and assign daily work schedules and responsibilities for production floor personnel to meet operational goals.
• Print organize and distribute physical production orders and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Generate and review daily and weekly open delivery reports related to Sia shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment and accurate order tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels of MRO supplies consumables and printer resources; submit replenishment requests as needed based on predefined thresholds.
• Assist in the resolution of supplier-related issues for assigned commodities collaborating with Quality and Procurement as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate production line documentation packets including production orders quality alerts and work instructions.
• Investigate supplier quality complaints for damaged or nonconforming components providing detailed documentation including quantity issue description supplier information and location of discovery.
• Participate in required training and development initiatives to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement.
• Implement and sustain a daily housekeeping plan to ensure cleanliness and organization in designated work areas.
• Utilize the Microsoft Axapta (Dynamics AX) system to manage order identification coordination and shipment processing.
• Track and report daily performance metrics related to Sia activities including labor hours task accuracy and productivity levels.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and be cross-functional in the facility
• Traffic/Shipping background

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $22.78 - $27.12. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
