Machine Operator, 930pm-6am, Sun-Wed

Pay: $20.50/hr

Shift: 9:30pm-6am Sun-Wed

Your Role

Label machine operator you will ensure high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. You wont just push buttons; you will own your equipment troubleshoot issues and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate & Troubleshoot: Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a zero-defect mindset.

• Resource Management: Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.

• Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.

• Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• 12 years of related experience in a production environment.

• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

• Strong color vision and manual dexterity
