About the role

As an AnalyticsEngagement Manager you will be quick to understand the clients business needs andidentifydata-driven solutions. Your primaryobjectiveis to ensure that customersto whom you are alignedare successful in the adoptionutilization and retentionof Definitive Healthcaresdataassetsto achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep customer relationship experiencepossesssolid technical and business intelligence skills anddemonstrateexpertise in all things claims data.

WhatYoullDo

  • Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with external client stakeholders and leverage RWE/RWDexpertiseto gather detailed requirements for analytical projects and services.
  • Statement of Work (SOW)Development:Translatecustomerrequirements into well-structured and comprehensive Statements of Work ensuring clarity scope definition deliverables timelines and cost estimation.
  • Collaboration:Partner with internal knowledge centers to evangelize Definitive Healthcare solutions within customer systemsand drive adoption of our products and services.
  • Thought Leadership:Provides thought leadership both internally and externallyrelativeto verticalizeddomain and the application of healthcare commercial intelligence to complex business problems.
  • Escalations:Coordinateappropriate partiesfor escalation of client issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction Tracking:Implement methods to gauge customer satisfaction using feedback data to continuously enhance client experience and service delivery.
  • ExpansionOpportunities:Identifyadditionalopportunities for value-added services or upselling during client interactions aligning them with the clients strategicobjectives.
  • Retention:Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to drive retention of Definitive Healthcares products and services.
  • Conflict Resolution:Handle client conflicts or challenges with diplomacyseekingmutually beneficialsolutionsandmaintaininga positive working relationship.
  • Market Insights:Keep clients informed about industry trends best practices and relevant product updates to position the organization as a trusted advisor.
  • Data Qualification:Validateclaims and procedure volumes to ensure the effort invested will produce worthwhile results for the customer.
  • Project Management:Manage multiple client projects simultaneously ensuringtimelydelivery and documentation of all processes and follow-up with the client.

What Youll Bring

  • Strongexpertiseworking with SQL (Databricks preferred SQLServer Snowflake)
  • 2 years ofdemonstratedexperience in technical RWD/RWE Analytics roles or similar healthcare-adjacentdata experiences
  • 2 years in a client-facing role as a CSM Account Executive Consultant or Solutions Engineer capacity.
  • Expertiseworking with medicalclaimcoding terminology (DRG ICD HCPCS/CPT NDC).
  • Strong understanding of the dataneeds requiredto bring a new drug therapy or medical device to market.
  • Experience working with data visualization and explaining the so whattoclients.
  • High levelof organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to present technical topics to a business audience both virtually and in-person.
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally to get things done.

Compensation and Benefits


The salary range for this position is $127000.00 - $237000.00 per year which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience skills and qualifications.

Depending on the position employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision coverage unlimited paid time off and participation in the companys 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
