Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Bathing
Grooming
Dressing
Toileting
Mobility and transfers

Maintain a Safe Home Environment

Monitor Client Well-Being

Provide medication reminders
Observe and report changes in condition

Record care notes and observations in our digital charting system each shift

Requirements

Active Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification or Willingness to obtain
Completion of a state-approved HHA training program
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Compassionate personality and strong communication skills
