• Hourly Rate: $17hr - $20hr

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 6AM-11AM (Part Time)

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by managing the flow of materials maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials.

• Record all receipts and accurately enter data into the company computer system.

• Stage materials for scheduled pick-ups and outbound shipments.

• Assist with lifting large units and handle material pick-up and delivery as needed.

• Maintain a clean organized warehouse while maintaining inventory stock levels and requesting replenishment as needed with detailed updates to our procurement department.

• Follow all safety requirements for equipment tools and warehouse operations.

• Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• At least 1yr of Warehouse/Inventory Management Experience

• Prior Experience within the Construction/Home Improvement Industry is Preferred

• Forklift Operation Certification is Preferred

• Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency (i.e. Excel Outlook)

• Ability to Physically Lift Up to 75lbs

• Strong listening and empathy skills

• Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills

• Organization skills for managing work schedules job priorities and stock levels
