Jim Taylor Auto Group is looking for a full-time Quality Control Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented process-driven and committed to making sure every vehicle meets quality standards before it is returned to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality control inspections on completed vehicles before delivery
• Verify repairs were completed properly and vehicles are safe clean and ready for pickup
• Road test vehicles as needed to confirm repair quality and vehicle performance
• Check warning lights fluid levels basic functions and overall workmanship
• Identify incomplete or missed items and communicate them clearly with technicians and service advisors
• Help maintain consistency in repair quality and delivery standards
• Support a clean organized and safe work environment
• Contribute to a productive team-focused service department

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to identify concerns
• Ability to communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
