Speech Pathologist
Job Summary
We are growing our #AAA team and seeking a Speech Pathologist living in Canberra Queanbeyan Tuggeranong Gunning Yass Gundaroo Belconnen Jerrabombera & surrounding areas.
In this role you will:
- Manage a varied communitybased caseload across homes schools and outreach settings
- Work with individuals across the lifespan including early intervention paediatrics adolescents and adults
- Support a range of needs such as feeding early language dysphagia communication difficulties and AAC
- Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful participantcentred goals
- Deliver evidencebased therapy that builds communication participation and independence
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience interests and professional goals
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
- Passionate about communitybased support for people with disability
- Thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
